Hi Everyone! My Name is Emma and I'm one of Entercom's newest promotions interns for this Fall! I'm ecstatic to be here and working with music lovers like myself! I'm a senior at the University At Buffalo, and getting most talkative as my senior superlative, I decided Communications was the right major for me. Growing up in Rochester, I've listened to Entercom stations like, 98 PXY and 98.9 The Buzz my whole life. By the time I could talk, singing was a second nature to me. I grew up singing in chorus and doing musicals, which gave me a passion for music. I am a fan of almost all music but, classic bands like Queen and ABBA have a true place in my heart. I have grown up with music in my blood, and being apart of a family who are professional lip syncing and dancing queens, I wouldn't know life without it. My family is what makes me whole and I wouldn't want to sing and dance around our kitchen island with anyone else!

As I became a student at UB, I learned that my hobby of planning events could be a career! From prom to Bills tailgates, I'm always the one to plan the event. Being able to work with two of my passions, makes this internship a dream come true. My main career goal is to be able to work in events and promotions, with a  music or fashion company. My hope working at Entercom, is to learn as much as I can when it comes to promotions. I'm excited to be apart of an event from start to finish, and learn knowledge on how to achieve a successful event. I'm excited to be helping on various events and gaining this knowledge before graduating in the spring.

I'm very excited to be apart of the Entercom family this year, and cannot wait to gain knowledge from this awesome company. Going to many different concerts, I'm excited to be behind the scenes, creating amazing experiences for others, like I have had throughout the years. Music has affected me greatly throughout my life, so being apart of a team that brings that same effect to others is awesome! I'm so thankful for this experience and I can't wait for this year!
