  Lynn's Taco Dip


3 Bricks of Cream Cheese

1 jar of salsa

Shredded lettuce

Finely shredded cheddar cheese

Chopped tomatoes

2 chopped green peppers

Sliced black olives and jalapenos to top

Ortega Thick and smooth sauce


Let cream cheese sit out until its room temp.  Mix cream cheese and salsa together with a hand mixer until well blended. Spread onto a large serving plate.  Top with lettuce first then green peppers, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and any other desired toppings.  I usually do the sliced black olives and jalapenos depending on your taste.  Drizzle the Ortega thick and smooth sauce over top and serve with scoops.
