Lynn's Spinach Artichoke Dip


1 pkg of frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)

1 pkg of frozen artichoke hearts (or 1 can, thawed and drained)

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons of minced garlic


Preheat oven to 365.  I defrost my spinach and squeeze all of the water out of it.  I use the frozen artichoke hearts and again defrost and drain.  I will use paper towels and squeeze a lot of the excess water out of them.  Spray your casserole dish, this works best in an oval baking dish or square glass 8x8 baking dish.  Mix mayo, garlic and parmesan in a bowl, add spinach and artichokes mix well pour in baking dish.  Sprinkle a little extra parmesan on it and bake for 30 minutes it will be slightly browned on top.  You can also put this in a mini crock pot and let it cook for about an hour to an hour and a half.  I usually use the Tostito scoops or baguette rounds.
