Lynn's Cranberry Meatballs


1-1/2 lbs  of ground beef

½ cup finely chopped onions

½ cup plain bread crumbs

½ tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

2 eggs slightly beaten

Mix all ingredients by hand and roll balls to desired size preferably 1 inch.  Bake at 375 for a half hour. 



1 bottle of chili sauce

½ - 16 oz can of cranberry sauce

Stir chili sauce and cranberry sauce into saucepan on med heat. Reduce to low and simmer 5 minutes stirring occasionally.  Pour everything into crock pot and serve.

You can also use Rosina meatballs for a quick fix.  I have also used the Korean bbq sauce from Trader Joe’s which is amazing!
