LYNN'S CHICKEN WING DIP

 

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (pre-cooked and cubed)

3 – 8 oz pkgs of cream cheese

¼ cup (or more) of Frank’s hot sauce

¾ cup of ranch dressing & ¾ cup blue cheese dressing

1 cup of cheddar cheese

1 large bag of Tostito’s scoops

 

Preheat your oven to 350.  Put cream cheese in the pan, I usually use an 8x8 square glass pan.  Cook the cream cheese by itself for about 10 minutes to soften it up, while its cooking I usually am cubing up my chicken with kitchen shears. Remove the cream cheese from the oven it will be soft, add the blue cheese and ranch dressing ( I use wegmans salad dressings) mix well add hot sauce and chicken and ¾ cup of the cheddar.  Mix everything together and bake at 350 for a half hour.  Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar cheese on the top bake for another ten minutes.

 

 

Quick note – I usually use a cheaper brand (wegmans. Walmart, Aldi’s) of cream cheese.  I have used the Philadelphia brand before and it is really oily.
