Lynn's Hot Banana Pepper Dip

3 Bricks of cream cheese

3 yellow peppers (or 6 Hungarian peppers if you like hot!)

1 jar of jalapenos (drain and chop, reserve juice)

¾ cup of parmesan cheese

¼ cup of gorgonzola cheese

¼ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

¼-1/2 cup of bread crumbs

Olive oil to drizzle

Put the cream cheese in a casserole dish or oval baking dish and bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees to get soft enough to mix.  Chop peppers into small pieces.  If you use the Hungarian peppers I would use only half a jar of the jalapenos.  I usually throw the jalapenos in a small chopper and pulse one or twice you don’t need a fine chop.  Remove the cream cheese from the oven, pour in all of the ingredients and mix.  Pour some juice leftover from the jalapenos depending on how hot you want it.  Pour bread crumbs on top and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil. Cook at 375 for about a half hour it will be bubbly and bread crumbs will be browned. Serve with tostito’s scoops or toasted parmesan bread rounds.
